If you’ve been working out too hard, you should increase the training volume for these exercises.

Sunday – Do the same as mentioned above, but with the following caveat: If you’ve been doing a lot of heavy pull-ups or pull-ups with your bodyweight (at least 70kg or more), reduce the weight in these exercises.
